Who Can Access the Portal

Portal credentials are issued on a selective basis. The intent is to give the right level of transparency to parties who have a direct economic relationship with AurStabil, without exposing reserve data to the general public.

Shareholders & Sponsors

Qualified equity holders and sponsoring entities may receive portal access to view consolidated reserve and issuance information relevant to their position.

Large Token Holders

Certain large or strategic token holders may be granted read-only access to monitor aggregate gold reserves, circulating supply, and redemption activity, subject to internal approval.

Institutional Partners & Auditors

Regulated institutions, wholesale partners, or appointed auditors may use the portal as a structured interface for reviewing reserve and issuance data under separate agreements.

What the Portal Shows

The live portal is designed as a dashboard that connects internal reserve records, issuance logs, and circulation data. Exact layouts may evolve, but the core focus is on disciplined, gold-linked transparency.

Reserve & Issuance Metrics

  • Total gold holdings by weight and location category, based on internal ledgers.
  • Aggregate token issuance, circulation, and burned or redeemed amounts.
  • Reserve coverage ratios and other high-level indicators used by the issuer.
  • Historical snapshots to show how reserves and supply have evolved over time.

Reports & Exports

  • Structured summary reports for internal review or external auditors.
  • Optional export of aggregated figures for modelling, risk, or compliance teams.
  • Read-only logs of key events such as large issuances, burns, or policy changes.
  • Role-based views, so each user sees only the data relevant to their mandate.

Access Process & Security Controls

Because the portal exposes sensitive reserve and issuance information, access is managed under strict internal policies and technical controls.

How Access Is Granted

  • User eligibility is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, considering role, exposure, and regulatory context.
  • Separate agreements may define confidentiality, permitted use, and reporting standards.
  • Accounts are created centrally; credentials are issued directly by the issuer or an appointed administrator.
  • Access can be modified or revoked at any time in line with internal policies.

Technical & Operational Security

  • Strong authentication requirements, with optional multi-factor authentication where appropriate.
  • Segregated roles (for example: viewer, report download, administrator) to limit privileges.
  • Logging of access and key actions to support internal oversight and audit trails.
  • Periodic review of user lists and permissions as part of internal governance.

Requesting Portal Access

If you are a qualified shareholder, institutional partner, or large AurStabil token holder and wish to request portal access, please contact the issuer directly. Eligibility is assessed individually, and no user is automatically entitled to access.
